We are open Monday-Sunday 7:00am-7pm with the option of 24/7 Drop-off/Pick-up
*Due to the high demand for pet-sitting services during the holiday season, stays that include any of the following dates will be priced as Holiday Rate of $10 for 2026: Jan 1st, May 22-25, July 3-5, Sep 4th-6th, Nov 25-29th, and Dec 22nd-28, Dec 31st - Jan 1, 2027. Boarding Packages don't pay Holiday Rate.
*Pick-ups or drop-offs will not be available on the major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas eve, and New year’s day.

a convenience fee of $35
*Subject to availability, 12 hours in advance is needed. In case of cancellation or no show, this fee still applies unless ample notice is given.

Packages have an 18 month expiration date after purchase, no Holiday rate for packages
*Packages are paid upfront of your boarding reservation, they cannot be added to your current reservation.
Packages are non-refundable.
